ON Whey Protein is by far the best/best tasting whey protein I've tried before. It has the most protein isolates than any other protein out there! It is great to take before and after work-outs and the chocolate flavor taste like a real chocolate milk shake! It will really help you gain tons of mass in a short time. I took other products like Body fortress, Syntha 6, etc, and none of them even stand up to this! If your serious about working out, and want a good tasting protein, you don't have to look any further, this is the answer.
Suggested Use:
10-12 oz. of water
1-2 scoops of protein
Mix in a blender for best results with no protein chunks, but cup and spoon also work well if you don't mind the protein at the bottom and chunks floating around. Take before and after workout for full protein.
Superpump is great product to take pre-workout and will help you gain mass results. I first bought this product and I was excited because of al the good news I heard about it. Well, all the good news was true because about 30min after taking this product, my arms were jacked, I felt a great rush of strength and I was really ready to work-out. The taste is great and the work outs were really intense.
Suggested use:
Take 30min before workout
Mix 1-2 scoops of Superpump into 4-10 oz of water (I suggest you use 1 scoop for the first few times you take this because your body needs to get used to it)
I suggest you mix in a blender because it does not mix well at all with just a spoon and cup.
