When I first got this product, i knew it was going to be top-notch. Syntha-6 has a very impressive formula consisting from many different protein sources, and all with different absorbtion rates. It is optimal in keeping your body in a anti-catabolic stage by providing protein for a long period of time. The taste is excellent, it is the best tasting protein powder bar-none! The shake mixes very well, with very few clumps and really taste like a dessert. It offers a fair amount of servings of 30, and for its price it isn't too bad of a deal. It is a safe product and i haven't noticed any side-effects at all. Muscle gains and strength cannot really be measured but the formula did help me recover and gain muscle. I used the lemonade flavor of sizeon. By using SizeOn for a couple of months, I achieved very great gains in weight gain and strength. The taste is very sweet, and is really like its real counterpart Lemonade. The mixibility was pretty bad, add alot more water than it says on the instruction. When using this, i noticed very well recovery effects, and good pumps during workouts. Strength gains and weight gain went through the roof, gains up to 5lbs in a month are very achieveable with this product. It is a very safe produdct, but i reccomend users to be over 18 years of age, and remember to drink alot of water and hydrate for maximal effects. The pricing is a bit questionable, it is one of the more expensive supplements in the market, but if you are dedicated and lift daily, the gains will be noticible. The product is very solid and is one of the best creatines in the market. The only perks with the product is the prices other than that it is a complete product that does its job and more. As a hard training athlete, I look forward to training daily. After rigorous training sessions of lifting and conditioning, I refuel my body with key nutrients for growth. Gold Standard Whey has become a staple in my daily regimen, it has 24 grams of quality whey protein formulated to give me what I want and quickly. The formula isn't too bad either, it is a blend of whey protein isolates, and concentrates. In addition, Aminogen is added to help your body use the protein. The taste is excellent mixed with either in milk or water. It mixes instantly in a blender into a liquid. When used in a shaker it may be a little clumpy. The strength gains and recovery are maximal when i use this. Although i cannot say this gave me all my gains, it was certainly a factor. This is a safe product, I have never suffered any sickness, and very minimal side effects which include some stomach discomfort. The value is excellent, the 5lb offers a vast amount of servings and the price is comparable to other products in the market.
