I have finally found a no BS fish oil supplement that I love. Omega via is a pharmaceutical grade fish oil that provides 780mg EPA, 260mg DHA, and 1105mg total fish oil PER capsule. Fish oil is a great supplement for daily health and also a great deal of research backs it up on helping with triglycerides, mood, heart health etc. This company provides lab results on the quality of their fish oil and all of the fish oil is manufactures and purified in the USA. I really appreciate a company that will not try to hide anything and prove the quality of their product with the proper testing and documentation. They have a money back guarantee and is definitely worth trying if you want to get the most out of your fish oil!

This is the second time I have purchased this protein and I think it is a fantastic protein for the price. I have tried both the Swiss chocolate and the French vanilla and they are excellent flavors. This protein (both chocolate and vanilla) mixes up thicker in water/milk (compared to optimum nutrition) which I do prefer. The profile is very competitive with other brands and has quality ingredients that one would hope for in a protein. For around 35-40$ (depending on where you shop) you can pick up a 5lb tub that has roughly 62 servings @ 140calories and 21g protein. This protein works perfectly for baking and other food related dishes and the vanilla is awesome to put in a fruit smoothie. Elite Gourmet has no added sugars or aspartame which I prefer not to have. All in all I will continue to buy this protein and I am completely satisfied!

I bought this protein because I wanted something vanilla and lower cost than the normal 50-60$ 5lb tub price tags. Taste: I bought the vanilla creme version and I am very pleased with the flavor. It tastes exactly what you would expect a vanilla creme protein to taste like and is perfect for making protein deserts and smoothies. Mixing: It mixes very easily in water and milk but does tend to foam up a bit which for me personally is not that big of a deal. Profile: This protein has 130 calories and 22g protein per scoop. I will definitely be picking up this vanilla protein powder again because of the cost and the flavor is perfect for my cooking needs.
