    Builder's Bar This protein bar is one of the best on the market. It has a high value of protein concentration and does not have as much of the saturated fats, sodium and sugar that most other proteins bars have to put in. On top of this, the bar tastes great even better than those other bars you cannot tell the amount of protein in it when you eat it. Its a bit thick but they put 20G of protein in that 68 G total of bar which is about 30% protein by weight and it tastes amazing. It also can be blended pretty good (but why would you do that if you got protein powder lol)

    I highly recommend this bar because when you are on the go and have no time, this protein bar is a 10/10 must have.

    100% Soy Protein Decided to go on a more natural and healthier source of protein which lacks amount of protein in general compared to whey however I feel like I needed a change as I had been using the Whey protein and mass gainers far too much.

    This product is great if your looking for a healthy alt to the whey isolations and Soy boasts other good benefits in immunity and general health such as vitamins and minerals as well. Whey is of course concentrated from dairy product and I think I needed to stop getting so much dairy in as well because I had been an avid milk drinker as well so for now to lighten the load of dairy for the past two months I had to decrease the amount of it by stopping whey and taking on soy protein for the last two months.

    Overall this product is great no side effects and the only differences is that it may upset your stomach at times as you need quite a bit of it to get a good amount of protein into your diet... however its good soy protein and just a natural way of your body to take on the load of protein and pepsin releases from the gut. It also seems to full you up less than whey but a very minute difference in that department too as I felt a bit bloated at times when drinking a good two to three scoops of this stuff in my skim milk shakes.

    Mutant Mass Mass gainer was good calorie add on... plus the gains were decent but not to what I had believed it would give. I had thought it would give me a good amount of weight gain but I never saw too much weight gain compared to just have a good diet. I gained the same amounts even off the mass gainer and just taking regular whey protein.

    Taste was good though especially since I mix with half milk half water. I don't mix with purely water as I need to gain alot of weight. I have a really high metabolism and very ecto. However for normal people mesomorphs I would recommend this on top of meals and you will see gains.

    Not much side effects except for fullness obvious because of the fat amounts and calories but theres a good amount of protein too.. I would reccommend using just pure whey protein over this unless you were extremely skinny like I was a year ago.
