I recently went into a Complete Nutrition near my home. I was pleasantly surprised to find a new pre workout supplement on their shelves. Taze-3 is an amazing product. Lets start by talking about taste. Taste was very fruity and really could pass as an everyday beverage. I had fruit punch though and it is really hard to mess that up. The intensity of this product kicks in almost instantly! An immediate rush of energy was felt all through my body! Intense Niacin flushing and mental focus soon followed. I felt like lifting the world up at this point. I killed it in the gym but soon after I felt the drain. It wasn't a terrible caffeine crash but it was very noticeable. In my experience the best energy supplements cause the worst crashes after use. The ingredients in Taze-3 are pretty impressive as it even includes a testosterone booster which is new to these types of products. The biggest downside to this product is the price as it is at the top end of the price scale for a pre workout. I would definitely recommend it to my friends to use but probably won't purchase another tub myself due to price.

I am an avid user of pre workouts. As such I am always looking into new products and trying the effectiveness of said products. I saw a great sale on a product known as stim Force. The usual price of the product is rather cheap. Upon receiving the Fruit punch flavored stim force I cracked it open to a great smell. The Product didn't taste as well as it smelled however and I had to choke it down. After waiting about 20 minutes I could start feeling agitated and jittery. I usually don't get this way with a pre workout. After looking at the ingredients I realized it had an obscene amount of caffeine in every scoop. Upon arriving at the gym I was "angry" at the equipment, which made me lift it like a wild man. I suppose that is sort of the idea behind this product. I would recommend this product to someone that is looking for a cheap caffeine high prior to working out. There are many more products that I prefer over this due to them having more Niacin.

I actually bought a tub of this when I first started taking amino acids. I didn't really care for the taste. The caffeine in it makes it sort of like a pre workout but with out the extra goodies. When I took it I felt almost nothing from it. I suppose the amino acid profile is up to par with most similar products and if that is all you're buying it for, I would go with something without the caffeine.Overall it's still a pretty new product and I believe some tweaking from the company could make a more enjoyable product. The price was also a little high for an amino acid. I will not be purchasing this product again in the future.

I bought Nutrex Muscle infusion Black a while ago when I was looking for a high quality protein for a low Price. This is a 7 type protein matrix. The taste of the cookies and cream is really very good. I actually still use this as my protein before bed. I have made some decent muscle gains on this product and would recommend it to others. The advertising for the product is a bit cheesy and far fetched but if it is taken for what it is and not what is advertised then it is still a decent protein. It does mix rather well with just a bit of water or milk. I don't think it was any better than some others in helping me recover faster. At the very least try it for yourself

I recently started to take a new Amino acid product. Amino1 by MusclePharm seems to help in my recovery and muscle soreness. I always trained fasted before,which was great but now I take this product prior to my workouts for an added recovery boost. The taste is amazing. So far I have tried the cherry-lime and orange -mango, both were very tasty. It is also quite a value per serving. It mixes really quickly with water and doesn't leave an after taste. There have been no side effects to report as of yet. MusclePharm always provides its customers with quality products for a good price. I will continue buying this product for all my amino acid needs in the future.
