Hi, I'm reviewing Cellucor C4 (the newer one, not the older with the 1,3.)I've had a lot of the big name preworkouts (C4, Craze, Jack3d(og), 250super pump, Assault, 1RM, etc.) Out of all the preworkouts, I liked c4 about 2nd best to Jack3d original (with the 1,3 dimethyl.) C4 provided a good burst of energy and a small bump in mental focus, though it wasn't anything compared to Craze which has insane amounts of focus... like nothing else.
I first took 1 scoop of C4, it did pretty good with just one scoop. I had a good amount of energy, some more stamina, and there didn't seem to be any unwanted side effects. Next time, I took two scoops and got pretty much the same levels of everything I had with one scoop, which was a bit disappointing.
I stayed on one scoop because I didn't get any more effect from upping the dosage, even after being on it for awhile.
I've taken C4, Jack3d, Juggernaut HP, Animal Rage, White Flood, 1MR, and finally CRAZE!
First off, I mixed 1 scoop with a small glass of water, I figured I would start with 1 scoop and not 2 scoops to better gauge how Craze was going to work for me. The 1 scoop in the water tasted not too bad, definitely not as bad as Animal Rage or Juggernaut HP. After about 25 minutes I started feeling the effects of Craze, which were a bit disappointing to say the least. Craze gives PLENTY of mental focus and I mean PLENTY... but it still didn't provide much of any energy which was a huge bummer. I did however feel like I could go on and on in the gym, not wanting to stop. Next time I took 2 scoops, experiencing the same effects. Moved on to different supplements after that.
