Endurance		This product gives great endurance in your workouts.
Taste		I don't understand how everyone thinks the improved flavor is bad.


Taste		However, the purple lemonade flavor is just bad and it's a real challenge to swallow this during a workout.
Ingredient profile		Great ingredient profile for an intra-workout with a generous amount of BCAAs plus beta-alanine and citrulline.


Recovery ability		I really like how the amino acids help with recovery and I'm sold on the fact they work I just don't dig the flavor, some of the competition tastes MUCH sweeter and has smaller serving sizes, this requires 20oz of liquid which I feel is a bit much.
