Endurance		but my endurance is up and have been doing a few extra sets.
Strength		I really have not seen much in the way of strength increase,
Recovery ability		I would say that it helps a bit with recovery and I am holding a few extra pounds without looking soft.
Taste		The only other type of creatine I have tried is CellMass with no benifit over CM. Green Mag does taste good and when mixed with White Flood it helps with its flavor also.

Taste		I've tried both the flavors of Green Magnitude.
Taste		Both are great tasting,
Taste		but this one has a more zesty taste that'll get you going before a workout.

Strength		Strength increases and you dont gain water weight!

Texture		I shook vigorously for roughly around 30 seconds on alternating hands and found there to be absolutely no leftover residue/sand like grit that I usually find with regular creatine mono.
Endurance		Endurance wise, I can now tolerate longer sessions of cardio with ease and fatigue much later than before,
Texture		I cannot stress this enough “Creatine is creatine is creatine…” The effectiveness of this product relies heavily on the consistency and regularity of its use.
Strength		Most notably my flat barbell bench press went from (180x2) to (195x6 did these pretty easy and I was confident in doing a couple more,
Strength		My dead lifts have increased by a substantial amount as well,
Taste		Taste – 5/5 Needless to say I imagined a horrible concoction of bitterness usually accompanied with regular plain monohydrate.
Taste		I put around 6-8oz. of cold water to really get a feel for the flavor which in fact tastes exactly as advertised, “Sour Green Apple”.
Taste		For folks that don’t want too much of a tangy taste, I advise you to use much more water than directed.
