Difficulty sleeping

FormulaGH is an interesting supplement, although I'm pretty sure it didn't do much for me. It says to take it at night to release GH, yet it contains ingredients such as Isoleucine and Tyrosine that promote alertness and energy. These seem to contradict the Glycine, which is for relaxation and deep sleep cycles. Either way, I didn't feel like using this promoted lean muscle mass on its own. It tasted pretty bad, and I had trouble sleeping while using it (probably due to those energizing ingredients). I think the main issue was that the company was trying to do too much - promoting gret sleep for GH release while offering energy during the day. While you can juggle multiple benefits at times, these two directly conflict and unfortunately for me, I ended up with energy when I was trying to go to bed. Probably would not purchase.
