Recovery ability		I follow Kris Gethin's workout as hard as my body will let me it works well for recovery when stacked with HyperFX
Taste		I do not like the flavor.
Taste		If you chase it with water or gatorade there isnt a bad after taste.


Strength		I've been experiencing really good strength increases while using this product.


Endurance		Cell Mass works, I noticed an increase in my endurance while training and my recovery has been a lot better after training days.

Taste		Was able to log this and LOVED IT! Tastes like a tropical mix of berries, citrus (pineapple maybe??) and watermelon.

Muscle gain		cell mass is the real deal...taste was exceptional, mixed perfect with water and zero clumps...and increased my performance in the gym, almost all of my lifts increased and my muscles felt fuller and larger as well.

Texture		but the only negative thing I would donate is it does have a chalky/gritty taste when it reaches close to the end of the shaker.
Strength		I seen a increase in strength and weight in almost all spectrums of my workout.
