Directions
Each box contains EXACTLY 16 (Sixteen) 10 capsule servings (30-Day Supply). Along with 12oz or more of water or juice, take the entire contents of 1 (One) and ONLY 1 (One) blister card (10 capsules) 30-60 minutes before weight training. Take Plasmajet
