Muscle gain		That being said if you're trying to gain lean muscle mass I wouldn't recommend this for anything other than a meal replacement.

Upset stomach	(I'm not saying it caused the development, just that it bothers my stomach, and will probably bother yours if you're lactose intolerant too).


Taste		Not great tasting and not great macros so can't really mix it with something to improve the taste.

Fat loss		This is a Great tasting protein I use it mostly as a meal replacement I have also lost 29 pounds in just 5 weeks using this as a meal replacement one of my 2-3 150 to 200 calorie snacks a day.

Taste		just ordered the smore's flavor and will review the taste once it arrives from bb.com 08/12/13 Just received the order from bb.com and tried the smores MM it is better than the cookies and cream and I loved the cookie and cream I would say it is more of a graham cracker with light chocolate taste than a full on smore

Fat loss		Might not be the best supplement for people trying to lose weight.
Muscle gain		I was using a different Whey protein product before this and only 3 months after changing to Muscle Milk, I noticed I was gaining more muscle and getting bulkier which is exactly what I need for a scrawny guy.
Taste		Mixes easily in my shaker cup and tastes exactly like a milkshake!! Went through 4 tubs of this stuff and love it!

Taste		So far I have had Chocolate, blueberry, strawberry,and banana/strawberry mix and blueberry it the best for me tastes great!

Texture		I actually have created a great blend, 1 scoop (24grams) ON Banana Creme, with 1 scoop (12grams) of the Cytosport Muscle Milk Orange Creme, makes my own little Orange Banana smoothy, if you make it with really cold water, add some ice cubes to melt into the mix, it is kind of fruit smoothie in character.
Texture		I know cytosport adds fat into their product, it helps with texture, makes a great shake,
Taste		I love muscle milk banana creme, as a treat, it's pretty ice-creamy banana shake tasting, so I picked up some orange creme because the flavor rating was so high..... why bb.com did you steer me so wrong?
