Strength		I have been on Gold Standard whey for about 5 months and have seen respectable strength and muscle mass gains all while loosing weight(body fat), overall I would recommend Gold Standard Whey to anyone.

Recovery ability		It does the job, and I feel like my recovery time has improved since switching over from my last protein powder.
Value for money		It may be a bit more pricey than the other protein powders out their,

Upset stomach	In addition, I'm mildly lactose intolerant, and this does not upset my stomach at all, so that's a major plus.
