Texture		but I like a thicker protein shake.

Taste		It does exactly the job its a great protein powder light on the stomach and doesnt cost much, the taste is not that good unless you mix it with full cream milk


Taste		I mix it with water most days, and with that it tastes bland-ish,
Taste		but I guess that's because its not packed with the sugar of most great tasting shakes.
Taste		with milk though it tastes just like a less sweet vanilla milkshake.
Value for money		so quality is there and you know it not a marketing scam. it also has a great BCAA value so your not having to add an extra supplement into the mix unless your wanting it pre-workout and then I guess you could take a serve pre-workout anyway.
Value for money		cost is another reason I buy it, its mid range price I would say, and I buy it in bulk, so the cost is low in the long run.


Taste		Taste: Do not expect this to taste like the Vanilla of the other proteins, it is quite bland.
