Taste		tastes pretty decent, seems to like to condense if you leave it for 30minutes, this was my first protein and i found it to not have a lot of isolates(expected), mixes ok and doesn't bloat, good enough.

Taste		I only mix my protein with water and found that Rocky Road is the best tasting with adding any kind of additional flavoring.

Gas or bloating	I have tried a few different brands of protein and this is the only one that helps me build size and muscle without making me look bloated.
