Upset stomach	but if you use milk then its too much whey and will upset your stomach.


Muscle gain		When I went from no protein shakes to adding 2 scoops of this post workout I noticed huge increase in gains.
Value for money		It's a good, lean whey protein powder that isn't too expensive.

Mixes well		Mix ability is perfect, even with a spoon it dissolves in a instant!
Recovery ability		And helps with muscle recovery!?!?!?!

Mixes well		It mixes pretty good in a shaker and about a week after using you will definitely notice a difference in the fact that your body is using up unnecessary fats because this protein gets your body to work.
