Muscle gain		but you can see big gains in muscle and muscle hardness with a good protein like this its number one in my opinion


Taste		the taste and the smell is excellent, i start to make one shake in the morning for breakfast, and I have another shake before and after each workout, also 1 shake before sleeping.


Taste		Honestly It tastes like sh*t, and I don't particularly look forward to taking it,
Taste		Its basically straight up protein and nothing else i.e. no sugar or carbs (which is probably why there is no taste).
Mixes well		but on the plus side it mixes well with just a spoon, so taking it is fast and easy, no blenders or any of that nonsense.
Mixes well		So all in all its a really healthy protein to take and you can meet your daily protein requirement in grams much easier since it mixes so well you don't need to use a lot of liquid, thus you can drink more of it without feeling full.
