Recovery ability		Its the best BCAA product and recovery enhancing product I have ever used.
Taste		The taste is not half bad,

Recovery ability		Before I started taking Xtend, I really had problems recovering even the next day.
Taste		It is also really refreshing and you can't get enough of it, taste-wise.
Ingredient profile		But I don't recommend taking the amount written on the label, because this would be just overkill.


Muscle gain		Some dude comes on screen with a foreign accent and says "It's bigger!" and then chuckles like a ******.
Taste		Anyway, grape flavor tastes good... so 10 it is.
Value for money		I guess there is a price for total and absolute humiliation.


Recovery ability		helped me recover well and keep some lbm, while the food budget was low and was forced to cut up a bit.

Recovery ability		The best part is my recovery rate has increased compared to last time, this is strongly recommended.
Taste		I bought the 90 servings grape flavour, I drank the first half before my training.
Taste		However do drink lots of water after consuming, it tends to leave a medicine taste after a while.

Endurance		Even on my non training days if I'm sore I get in a scoop to get rid of fatigue.


Pump		I really do not know if it made a differnce in my workouts, bc i was having good pumps without it for a week.


Taste		Watermelon is my favorite flavor of Xtend!
