Texture		I absolutely LOVE this product....I use amino acids in both drink and capsule form, and this product contains all of them in a fast mixing drink that has NO chalky residue or taste like many others do.
Recovery ability		Glad I found this product for the taste, and I am finding my recovery time to be cut in HALF.

Recovery ability		I bought this in a stack along w/ juggernaut and carnocre.This was a good post wo drink.It has a nice selection of creatine in there and the carb selection was also nice!!!!Love waxy maize(top notch carb).Flavor on this was a little sweet and tart(if that makes since)AgaIN THE ONLY THING IT WAS LACKING FOr me was more bcaa's.Otherwise it really helped w/ recovery(I just added a scoop of bcaa's.

Taste		tastes great and love the fact that it has 4-oh-isoleucine in it to help with glycogen resynthesis and preferentiate the storage of the carbs in ur muscles as opposed to adipose.
