Diarrhea	on top of these because of the massive amount of caffiene in one serving it makes you light headed while working out and the runs and really bad headaches later on do not like this product at all.

Physical energy		Energy 10/10 Compared to the other unnamed pre-workout supplement that I've taken before, I found that this one gave me much more energy.
