This stuff is the best tasting protien shake i have ever had. The kind I tried is the Ornace Creamsicle and it is DELICIOUS! It delivers protien through whey concentrate, isolate, and peptides. It also has Casein protien for a slow-release protien. It even has bovine colostrum, which is very beneficial for recovery and anabolism. It also contains creatine and is packed full of vitamins and minerals. Another good thing it has is a lot of healthy fats, which are good for helping you shed a few pounds of bodyfat.

This protien was very effective, and it is the first protien shake that i actually enjoyed drinking! I would suggest this stuff for anyone who is very sensitive to the taste of their protien, and also to anyone who is dieting.
