Raspberry Yogurt

A lot of people regard gainers as pretty useless products, as you could just chug milk or a homemade whey, oats and peanut butter shake to get the same effect. However, IsoGainer has an awesome profile, filled with a lot of extras such as ALA, Taurine, Casein, Flaxseed Powder and MCTs. One serving contains nearly 700 calories but only 12.5 grams of sugar and tastes awesome; this actually tastes a lot like the Acai flavor of Fighters Food. 60 grams of protein and 11 grams of fat (2 saturated) round this one out, definitely one of the best gainers out there.

Before going on my cut I decided that I would go through one more tub of a weight gainer to get the most out of my dirty bulk. I chose Nutrabolics IsoGainer due to the great ingredient profile of EFA's and the Anabolic Matrix in it. For the price I bought it for I cannot complain about it but it could be better. The taste was a bit effy and I would shy away from the raspberry to anyone planning on buying it. As for the weight gain, I put on about 6 pounds in the first month while also using a creatine. I expected more but they were quite clean pounds and I did not notice much fat from them. Lastly, I stopped taking my NO product while on this due to its Taurine and Arginine and it proved decently well in giving me a pump.

This a good products for anyone looking to stack on some lean mass fast! it tastes great mixes well and the profile is great..

Nutrabolic has a solid line up of products and IsoGainer is no exception. The nutrition profile is solid and it is one of the few products that uses waxy maize starch as a carb (shown to be the fastest, most readily absorbed carb you can take post workout). I have tried chocolate, strawberry and cinnamon vanilla and I have not been disappointed by any in the taste department. I use a small blender to mix my shakes and I never had a problem with its mixability but I cannot comment on shaker bottle mixability. The price is right and its effectiveness cannot be questioned.

I bought this gainer because it has a pretty decent formula. 1 serving(3 scoops) of this stuff contains 60g protien, 75mg of K-R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, 250mg Arginine Ethyl Ester, 2000mg Glutamine peptides, 72g complex carbs, 12.5 g of sugar, 11g of fat(2g saturated) and a big 691 calories. so as you can see, it lives up to its name.

Taken post-workout, this is very effective in fuelling your body with all of the protien, carbs, and fat needed for maximal recovery and protien synthesis. It also has 3 different protien sources. CFM Whey Isolates and concentrates, Micellular Casein, and Egg. The whey and egg protiens gives the immediate demand for amino acids,and the casein delivers a slow but steady stream of protien to the body to promote muscle growth.

It works pretty well but this flavor(cinnamon vanilla) tastes like chalky dirt. And it also sits pretty heavy in the stomach.. and it also only gives 13 servings/5lb tub.. not very cost effective. but overall, if you want to pack on mass fast, this product would be a good choice.

Mixes well		Had I read the directions (15-20 oz with 3 scoops) I would have realized that the products mixes well with 1 scoop + 5-6 oz.

Muscle gain		One of the best mass gainer I had, reasonably priced, contains enough protein with each scoop which make it easier for me to meet my protein requirement while getting less sugar as compare to other mass gainers.
Taste		The chocolate flavour taste really good and easy to mix with both milk and water.

Taste		This product is simply delicious and the over all lean clean gains I am making are amaizing, I am also using Athletes Food Acai Beery that is also a delicious flavor, with Carnabolic Watermelon and Blue Raz Anabolic State, and to be honest I am not going to wait for my stock to be depleated I am buying product by product of the Nutrabolic line up to stock up my closet, simply delicious and amaizing products with the science behind it, I do and will recoment this quality brand to anyone and everyone thanks again you amaizing Canadians.


Muscle gain		I gained a solid 4lbs. in a month, which I was quite impressed about!
