Physical energy		The most important thing in my book about a Pre-workout is the energy/focus level I get from it.
Muscle gain		A lot of people like a big pump with their preworkout, I definitely noticed a bigger blood flow to the targeted area while using this.

Taste		Aside from the crash (which is my biggest complaint) the taste was nothing to get excited about.

Texture		At one scoop and 6 oz of water it wasnt gritty like I thought it was going to be, Price wise well it actually is a good price for the biggest size.

Pump		Definitely was incredibly helpful as it gave me great pumps and gave me that extra push it also helped me improve on every exercise which is impressive since I do full body workouts The new fruit punch flavor formula has definitely improved and taste way better since I remember its old formula tasted like cough medicine

Texture		None the less...if you want a more mild or smooth stimulant, this might be the way to go.
Pump		However it does have a lower dose of caffine, 120 mg, than most pre work out supplements and it has a low dose of an NO supplement; in this case L-citurlline which I'm still not convinced as giving a better pump than AKG Argine despite 'research'.
Taste		Taste is what should be expected, grape 'supplement' taste which is pretty standard across the industry.
Libido		If you want a sex supplement, this is the way to go.

Physical energy		but for me NeuroCore gave me the energy I needed to finish my sets and then some.
Pump		I have been cycling c4 on and off for a while now and I still get decent pumps from it
