Focus		Good concentration, focus and I don't get jitters or anything like that.

Pump		The few tiny chunks that I was able to break off and try did not do a thing in the way of a pump or heart rate increase.

Endurance		I started using one scoop and I was actually pretty happy with it and stayed with one scoop on all days except ab days (which I use two for extreme endurance).
Endurance		What did happen though was exactly what I wanted which is an extreme sense of endurance.
Endurance		My workouts lasted much longer, giving me better reps, and longer sets.
Taste		The taste of the blue raspberry is like candy.
