Endurance		Endurance: 8/10 Felt a pretty good increase in endurance and did not really want to allow my muscles to rest between sets
Focus		Focus: 8.5/10 Kept a good focus for the workout and was able to accomplish a lot in a short period of time in the gym.
Strength		Strength: 9/10 I only took about 20-25 min.
Taste		Taste: (Fruit Punch) 9/10 Was very pleased with the taste.
Taste		I have had some fruit punch flavored supplements before that were not very good and has turned me against the flavor.
Taste		I was actually disappointed at first when I realized it was fruit punch flavor
