Physical energy		Energy:6/10 Do i still drink it?
Taste		This is problably the worst tasting pre workouts ive ever tried!!!!
Taste		I mean i had a gag reflex while drinking the apple one which is the worst one!!!! Taste:1/10 Now the power that i felt was alright.
Taste		but rather 8 OZ and it makes it less aweful and actually taste more like juice so yeah.

Focus		but even with food in me still gave me a good amount of drive and focus.
