Recovery ability		but I actually look forward to drinking dark matter every time..I've always felt well replenished and recoverd afterwards and the muscle soreness is very minimal..I really cant say anything negative about this product, its excellent!

Physical energy		I feel less wasted and more energized after my workouts since I started to drink this rather than just whey.

Muscle gain		but best decision ever man!! and this one was the best one that worked for me. it helped me to get up to the bigger me ever (185Lb) Now im looking forward to use it again since i've a lot of weight with a 5 months off the gym!!

Value for money		Price is also very reasonable, and I recommend buying it through this website or your local Vitamin Shoppe (GNC is overpriced).
