Taste		I have been using several flavors (Pink Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Watermelon, Blue Razz) and all of them are pretty tasty, Pink Lemonade is one that works really well "concentrated"; 2 scoops in about 6oz of water, still very palatable.

Crash	but the next few days I started to crash after working out.

Taste		I have been using C4 for about 2 years now, and the new Strawberry Margarita flavor certainly didn't disappoint!
