Ingredient profile		My biggest mistake on this is drinking coffee when it is says on the label NOT to drink coffee.

Pump		Absolutely love the boost and pump I get from this pre-workout and I don't experience the bloating which is a plus.

Pump		Arginine AKG which did create a pretty decent pump also vitamins b and c for antioxidant support...fantastic product highly recommend this product!
Taste		The taste is very refreshing with watermelon being at the top of my list In regards to ingredients it contains Beta Alanine which I love really keeps me going some dislike the pins and needles feeling

Taste		Before I begin, I just want to thank Cellucor for sending me their 2 newest flavors of C4, Strawberry Margarita (SM) and Green Apple (GA), to try out and give an honest review!

Mixes well		The SM is a deep pink color when mixed and when in powder form it smells exactly like Fun Dip, which makes me want to just throw a scoop in my mouth without any water.

Taste		first thing first i would like to thank mike,gerge and the good folks at cellucor for sending me this to review so im a big c4 guy and when i heard they were finally coming out with a green apple flavor i was beyond happy.The green apple flavor does not disappoint mix it with 8-10oz of water and man oh man gives your taste buds a treat it taste so good and hits the spot every time lol.
