Pump		Well I got a small pump and tingle for about a week until my body got used to it.
Recovery ability		So I assumed I needed to give my body time to recover from the jack3d and wait a month stimulant free.
Value for money		I don't recommend this because you get used to it quickly and it's pretty expensive


Pump		Decent pre-work out I need 2 scopes which is why i rated the way i did to receive notable effects, c4 provides a good pump above average and i begin to flush at times
