Physical energy		I have to say it gives you a moderate pump that lasts for multiple hours VS. many pre-workout's that give you a much higher spike of energy that lasts for a shorter period of time (about an hour).
Endurance		It depends on what you fancy! ps- It also contains Creatine in a smaller amount which helps with muscle growth (Recovery, endurance...etc).
Pump		I have to say it gives you a moderate pump that lasts for multiple hours VS. many pre-workout's that give you a much higher spike of energy that lasts for a shorter period of time (about an hour).

Physical energy		Fist day I took this stuff (1 serving) I Felt the tingle in my fingers and toes which I'd expect from a pre work out sup (thank god it wasn't like Animals Rage, Id bust out in a rash and itch) But I was happy with that...because it wasn't over baring..and I got extreme focus and desire to keep on pushing through my workout (GSP's RUSHFIT atm) with this stuff.. after a week im at two scoops and only a little tingle bust still have that umphh..I'd definitely recommend this to anybody looking for focus and a little push to get your *** in gear..great stuff Glad i bought 2

Jitters	This pre workout doesn't give you the kind of jitters I've come to expect from pre workouts (could be my tolerance for the product).

Taste		I've tried quite a few flavors of C4, my least favorite being the Icy Blue Razz, it was way to sweet and artificial and having bought a 60serving, it was way too much.
