Focus		What a difference, really rate C4, gives me more focus, breathing is easier and makes me want to do more.

Taste		Great flavored product.
Taste		I have tried several flavors and love them all that's one of my favorite aspects of the product is all the options and variety in the flavor.


Thermogenic effect		I have experienced mild itching/tingling sensations on the skin, particularly wherever I'm sweating most, which I understand is common and it doesn't bother me personally.
Taste		No powdery feeling in my mouth, mixes great, not too sweet or anything for me (I mix with 700mL water) and no strange aftertastes.

Strength		Although I didn't break any prs on this product it did give me good circulation of blood and oxygen great for me and if you have the same issue that some parts of your body go numb when you work out.

Motivation		This is a great pre-workout for the days when your not as motivated (like lets say....a Monday or a Leg day) lol Matter of fact it works so well that you need to take a lil at a time and gauge yourself as you go.
