Physical energy		With this it takes almost 25 minutes for it to kick in, and when it does I don't get a huge wave of energy.
Physical energy		Usually i take preworkout before playing basketball as well, and again when I took c4, i didn't get that amazing boost in energy I'm used to and expect.
Taste		The Pink Lemonade flavor was not bad tasting, it just wasn't good either.
