Jitters	but I didn't get jittery 2. It's condensed, small container, small scoop, easy to transport.

Physical energy		get the tingles, the energy, and on top of that, i notice when i consistently use c4, it acts almost like a diuretic, pulling any excess water out of me.
Taste		This is my favorite pre workout...and the fruit punch tastes like hawain punch!


Pump		During the workout I was pumped and man it had my heart racing.
Thermogenic effect		but it went away once I got sweating.
Taste		I just got the small servings to try the taste and favor and it tastes like kool-aid to me.

Texture		Flavorwise it was super smooth and comes with a tiny scoop so you dont need to pound a full jug of water with it.
