Can you say Vitamin Shoppe clearance? I was really pumped about finding a super low price on this, until I realized that it was...unflavored. If you've tasted unflavored BCAAs, then you'll understand this is a major turn off, and BodyTech has not magically found a way to get BCAAs to taste good. Although the taste is bitter, the mixability is great, even when mixed in juice and Crystal Light. You get a 2:1:1 leucine-isoleucine-valine ratio with 2.5 grams of glutamine, which seems unneeded on top of everything else, but oh well. The profile is okay, except for the added vitamin C, which I don't feel is necessary and may actually defeat the purpose; consuming antioxidants may mitigate the effects of training by halting some necessary breakdown.
