Taste		Bought this from Wal-Mart (last place you should expect to get good supps from), it tastes absolutely terrible and doesn't mix well at all.

Physical energy		I walked in to Walmart for some Energy bars I saw his container of SUPER ADVANCED NOS I so I decided to try the only thing is that I came up with the tennis elbow so now it have to wait till my elbow heals.

Pump		Pump: On the 10 scale I would say 7. Being used to C4 it was not mind blowing,
