Endurance		This is an awesome intro work out and has greatly increased my endurance, I stack this with my VPX NO shotgun and NO synthesize which has really made all the difference as my muscles restore for the following day!

Fat loss		I have leaner fuller muscles and know for a fact this product is one of the main reasons for that!!! Truly impressed and the grape tastes great!!! Which was shocking because normally that is not a favorite flavor of mine.
Recovery ability		The fact that I am a fitness competitor and have very high intensity workouts, this product is amazing for recovery.

Texture		The consistency is good- there was a flew floating chunks in the water that went away after some time.

Taste		In previous experience I can say I enjoyed the grape flavor better.

Headache	gave me a headache, felt like every other bcaa out there, and was nothing amazingly special.

Taste		First, the flavor of the fruit punch is way too sweet.
Taste		I doubled the water content to 20oz and it was still awful and I like fruit punch flavors from BSN, Gaspari, ON and Muscle Pharm.
