I took CREATure because I got 7 sample packs, so I just took it 1 week. With 1 week you can't judge much from it, however you can start to notice some things.

I noticed while on CREATure, my strength slightly went up (could possibly be placebo) but I wasn't on creatine for about 1-2 months. My pumps were much more intense and fuller. Another positive aspect is that its calorie free and it doesn't bloat (like mono in my case) which makes it ideal for bulking and specially for cutting, when bloat is undesirable.

Beast sports is a solid company, so this should be a great creatine supplement. Im looking forward to get some CREATure soon in the future to get a fully review about it and let the effects begin.

CREATure is Beast's entry into the Creatine market. It's got a brief but impressive list of ingredients- four kinds of creatine plus ALA, a combination that is supposed to increase focus, recovery, energy and production of lean body mass.

While it's difficult to judge the muscle building effect of creatine on its own, it seems logical that CREATure would be pretty effective. As for the effects I felt - no boost in energy was apparent, but recovery and endurance were kicked up a notch, and I had great focus throughout a pretty grueling workout. Overall, it's a quality product, one of a few new ones Beast is in the process of releasing.

Texture		but make sure you continue to stir after sipping, does not dilute well, best to take it all in one gulp, unless you like true grit.
Muscle gain		Can def see results after following most instructs' on the can, muscle swelling + increased reps and weight = better results.
Taste		Bought the cherry limeade, tastes great,
Value for money		Wouldn't recommend loading especially for the price, conserving is always better.

Taste		This was the best tasting creatine powders I have ever had (pink lemonade), it worked well and I never grew tired of it.

Strength		Ive tryed alot of Creatines , and this stuff works works great , Rock hard muscle and decent strength gains, taste is great , mixes well with my Dymatize banana whey isolate for a key lime flavored post workout drink.
