Strength		this product has help me alot when lifting.. streghtn, zise,, i feel like an animal when i take it.. i recomend all animal products they are the best outthere.. and great price..

Pump		not worth it.. i would stay away gave me bad results .. no pump at all


Strength		Pure lean mass gains and it helped my strength out when I was breaking through a plateau.

Muscle gain		I take Animal Stak with a combo of other products, as a result my size has increased big time.
