Focus		Some will give you a great pump and an awful stomach ache or trip to the can..others are just loaded with sugar and caffeine and never really saw any gains..just strength and some mental focus.
Muscle gain		Try it..get big!

Strength		But unlike Creatine, you're not retaining water..you're muscles are actually expanding, more nutrients being pumped into them..not to mention the insane amount of power and strength you get from this thing!
Strength		I find myself bench pressing upwards of 200 pounds..believe for a slim 6'1 183 pound dude..that's some heavy weight!

Endurance		My endurance and maintained strength were awesome and as a bonus im getting better pumps than usual.
