Taste		Grape is really good flavor, if you don't like it you may need to adjust the amount of water,

Nausea or vomiting	Only negative was even when doing only half a scoop a few hours after workout was over I would feel nauseous, just to be sure I didn't take it for a few days, felt fine, took it the following day, and again a couple hours after done working out I felt nauseous.

Focus		It keeps me mentally focused, it keeps me filled with energy and adrenaline, and it really does allow my muscles to keep repping and repping even when I'd normally feel ready to quit.

Taste		That said the taste is absolutely horrible, Tried a couple different flavours and product and while their products seem to work good they really need to work on the taste as they have all been super disappointing.
