Endurance		Very effective for pump and muscular endurance.

Taste		The taste is very sour so have to add a lot of splenda to offset it though I don't mind it with enough splenda since it turns my pre-workouts into sweet tart flavor.


Value for money		The worst part is that, after one month, bodybulding refunded me the product price (so they say, I still didn't get the refund),


Endurance		Really gets the blood flowing and increases the endurance.
Taste		I even like the taste it's like a sour taste that's pretty pleasant


Strength		Lifting in the morning is a pain sometimes and adding this to my preworkout has done wonders to wake me up and get me going in the weightroom!

Taste		Be careful with what you mix it, it will probably ruin the flavor if you mix it with something that is supposed to taste sweet(like protein)

Value for money		I take 1 scoop with my pre-workout for a nitric oxide boost, and its price makes it affordable to add to your supplement stack.


Pump		Have seen a major difference in the pump I get at the gym and it seems to last longer since I take it a couple times a day.
Value for money		Great product for a great price!


Pump		For some reason I felt this gave me better pumps than a-akg alone.
Pump		Perhaps it's the fact that this gives your body the tool needed to make it's own source of arginine; thus creating an all day pump if taken in conjunction with a-akg.
