Physical energy		The Orange flavored sample of Amino Energy I took in the afternoon two hours before working out, it did not bloat me it was light and once again the energy that the product provided was solid.

Endurance		This is a perfect product for when I do cardio, because it provides a little caffeine to keep me going, and amino acids to help sustain my muscles so they don't get too tired.

Thermogenic effect		I did sweat a lot while using this product.
Physical energy		I am still searching for a preworkout energy supp that does not destroy my stomach and this might be it.

Headache	Only thing that bothered me were the headaches, I never drink coffee so I'm not used to the caffeine so that's probably why.

Taste		USE: However, since it does have caffeine I consumed all three flavors in the morning and tried to finish it before around 2:00 in the afternoon.
Taste		TASTE: In addition, I like this supplement a lot because the taste is amazing, all three flavors and replaces the occasional cravings that I have to grab that soda or adds flavor and sweetness to my normal bland diet.
Taste		CONCLUSION: definitely a great tasting, well formulated product that I would recommend to others in order to replace their normal go to drink if was crystal light or a soda as this delivers those nutrients while making sure you stay on top of your goal.

Texture		Texture: Smooth, not thick, easy to drink, kind of like a slightly tart fruit drink.

Taste		Orange and Fruit Punch tie for best of the 3 flavors (grape, orange, fruit punch).
Taste		This version of fruit punch is better than any preworkout drink's taste that I've ever tasted and a great soft drink replacement!


Physical energy		energy during my workout and surprisingly I get good energy off of it with no crash what so ever.
Taste		I got sent samples of all three flavors and enjoyed them all.
Taste		Concord Grape and Fruit Fusion to me were the best tasting , orange wasn't bad i just enjoyed the others a bit more.
