Mixes well		After doing a little more research I have found that powder mixes are more cost efficient and I will be going that way in the future.
Value for money		I purchased these before doing much research into BCAA dosage recommendations because I assumed they had a ton of servings for a small price.

Recovery ability		Been using this over the last 3 or so months, usually at night after a workout or an evening run, will take it during the day, i find that it really does help aid recovery especially after running


Anti-catabolic		I take it pre-workout, post-workout and always before cardio sessions to keep my muscle while burning unwanted fat stores.
