Physical energy		I feel like it helps with consistent energy - I take 2 before working out, 2 when I get to work, 2 after lunch, and two before I head home.
Recovery ability		I feel like it aides in recovery time (less sore the next day!), and is basically just an easy way to supplement the essential amino acids that you need when working so hard!

Taste		If other supplements can get marked down for taste, I think its appropriate that this one lose some points when it is physically difficult to swallow.
Value for money		Its nice to be able to get all the essential amino acids plus some in a single inexpensive tablet,
