Optimum Nutrition's Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder provides a 5000 mg blend of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine) in every serving. The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's), so named because of their unique branched chemical structure, are essential in that the body cannot make them from other compounds. Taste		but this "unflavored taste" is awful, you mix with a protein powder

Recovery ability		helps get rid of post workout soreness and helps you recover.
Taste		unflavored tastes nasty in just water so I use it with my whey protein to block out the nasty taste


Value for money		All in all, if you have the money, I'd say give it a try.

Fat loss		I have noticed a huge difference in my fat loss when I am consistently using BCAAs during my training.
Value for money		It is much cheaper than the "intra-workout" drinks and does the same thing.


Taste		Mix the unflavored with some syntha 6 protein powder and you will never taste the bitterness of the BCAA's.


Physical energy		Overall a helpful product to take before heading to the gym the bcaas really aid my muscles and it gives me some energy too before my workout ( I don't like caffeine, energy drinks, and other amino blends before my workout) They make me crash and get to jittery
Taste		Could use some better flavors though.

Value for money		Even after a huge legs day I am not as sore the next day, which is worth the price.
