I used this product mainly to reduce recovery times. For that i did notice a little less soreness after my workouts and a few days after. But for the money i do not believe it is worth it, it is probaly better to get yourself a generic glutamine product instead. as for taste it tastes pretty horrible but then again i do not like any chewable products. this product is a chewable orange/citrus flavored tab. you need to take a decent amount per serving as well which makes it less desireable for me. There were no side effects noted, and little to no strength gains. Muscle gains were not noticed above normal either. not sure if this product is still being produced anymore as i used this product a couple years ago.
