Value for money		This is a waste of money and time for a product that did not effect me either in a positive or negative way.


Strength		For me, the muscle strength alone you receive is well worth it.


Recovery ability		I purchased and used this product daily and saw no difference in performance or recovery.

Muscle gain		This product is intended to "promote NATURAL HGH levels..." which means, you'll probably only see a significant difference in muscle mass if your HGH levels are low.
