Value for money		These do the trick, they're cheap, they digest well, and you don't have to drink as much water to prevent kidney stones as you do with orange triad or animalpak.

Physical energy		I have recently switched from a one-a-day tablet multivitamin and I feel extraordinarily more energized and overall healthy since switching.


Value for money		I like that it's a capsule, only 2 caps/day, has some nice forms of vitamins, and includes saw palmetto all at a great price.


Ingredient profile		Nutritional profile looks great and the quality of the ingredients is very high (from what I've read).


Value for money		the product is really super food, no side effect, 100% veg., me and my wife are really happy to have such a product as food supplement, price are really low.


Texture		The outside of the softgel has a hint of cinnamon which is a happy surprise compared to my last multi which tasted like chalky mustard.
Endurance		I did find though, that if you took both of the recommended daily dose with one meal you would feel tired.

Value for money		All i am going to say is i didn't like it one bit, didnt feel any better, it is more expensive and on top of that i got sick twice while with opti-men i never got sick!

Physical energy		I actually notice an improvement in my energy levels throughout the day when taking this one when compared to past multivitamins that I took.


Value for money		have tried tons of different types of multis and besides universal animal pak that i'm stuck with now, adam is another alternative that i'm using wich is as of equivalent powerful, effective and most importantly.. cheap!


Euphoria		I rotate the multis that I take (usually btwn 3 or 4 specific ones) and I've found this multi gives me a pretty good feeling of well being (mood, mental alertness, bodily functions, etc.).
