Strength		Saw no real gains in power or strength and I took it every day following the directions on the bottle.

Pump		I've been taking the recommended dose of 5 grams for about a week and a half now and I've already noticed a difference in being able to pump harder and lift heavier weights.

Gas or bloating	but I had zero side affects (bloating, cramps, etc).


Taste		the coating on these tablets have no flavor... it would be awesome if they were slightly sweet.

Value for money		its not bad out of all the researching ive done its the most CEE you can get for the best price... most other only give 1.5-2grams of cee per 3 caps so much better there unfotunetly i think i might have been unresponsive to cee since its supposed to be better

Muscle gain		My first experience with Creatine was in the form of EAS Creatine Monohydrate,the EAS stuff took a week to kick in,it gave me good gains
Strength		Instead of increasing my bench by 10 pounds every week (without creatine) I can increase it by 20.
